17:00: Museum closes to the public
18:00: Guests arrive
18:15: Ceremony starts. No photos during the ceremony, please
18:45: Ceremony finishes. Sparkling drinks are served!
19:15: Dinner starts
21:00: Cake cutting
21:00: Dancing!
21:30: Cake and cheese
00:30: End of music. Carriages.
01:00: Go home! :-)

Useful Information

Dress code: smart / regatta smart (club blazers if you got 'em!)
Parking: this is very tricky in Oxford. You may find some space on Keble Road, Blackhall Rd or Museum Rd. Otherwise, choose one of the Park & Rides
There will be a scavenger hunt around the Museum to entertain kids young and old
There will be a quiet room upstairs
No gifts needed or expected
